Individual Therapy

  • My approach as a therapist is client-led and grounded in curiosity and compassion. I’ll meet you where you’re at, whether you're processing something big or just feeling stuck.

If you’re looking for something specific, I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities in my work. These include Person-Centered Counseling, Internal Family Systems (IFS/Parts Work), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Therapy practices, and Mindfulness. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques when helpful, and often draw from both Existential and Narrative Therapy.

    • I work with all individuals ages 13+

    • I will see younger children and couples on a case-by-case basis.

    • In-person and telehealth sessions are available.

    • I do not accept insurance at this time. HSA/FSA cards are accepted, and I am able to provide superbills for attempts at out-of-network reimbursement.

  • 50-minute session— $120

    80-minute session— $180

    Couples sessions— $140

Outdoor Therapy

  • Don’t want to be stuck inside for your sessions? Let’s take it outside.

Walk & talk therapy is a great way to get your body moving while working through what’s on your mind. Being in nature naturally helps calm the nervous system, and movement supports emotional processing!

  • Walk & Talk at the Rillito River Path or a local park:

    • This is a standard 50-minute session—we’ll just meet outside instead of at the office. We’ll walk together along the river path or find a quiet place to sit if you’re needing stillness.

    Hiking Sessions:

    • If you’re looking for a deeper connection with nature, I offer hiking therapy sessions in Sabino Canyon and other local trails.

  • 50 minute walk & talk session— $120+

    Hiking session— $130+
Cost may vary based on session length and travel time.

Trauma Conscious Yoga

  • I offer yoga groups utilizing the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method.

This is not your “typical” yoga class. Group sessions blend elements of self-study, somatic therapy, breathwork, guided meditation, and gentle asana (yoga poses). Beginners to yoga are absolutely welcome!

These groups are designed to help you better understand your nervous system, explore your inner world, and build skills for emotional regulation and resilience. Through somatic practices, breath awareness, mindfulness, and movement, you'll learn how to tune into your body, calm your system, and deepen self-awareness— and hopefully self-compassion!
